5 » Background Check and Employee Documentation

We do all the necessary background checks and provide the candidate with the offer letter. At this stage, we also inform the candidate about the date of joining and take his confirmation for the same.

6 » Introduction to the Workstation and System Provisioning

On the date of joining, the employee is introduced to the workstation where he will be working overseas and will be provided the laptop/PC. He will have access to free wifi, electricity, refreshments, etc. (He will also be provided healthcare facilities along with an employee handbook)

7 » Performance Review

From time to time, our team connects with you to take feedback on the employees' performance and for their yearly increments.
